ORDER PROCESS

In case you’re new to Allstar Logo, or ordering online in general, here’s some information to help you get the most out of your experience while shopping online with Allstarlogo.com.

Finding Products, Customizations & Ordering

  • Browse the site and locate the items you’re interested in buying.
  • You can browse through the categories that are always available on the left bar, or use our product search box that’s located right next to our logo.
  • Pick the product, click on the color of the product you would like to purchase, then from here you will the option to click on the STAR DESIGNING or the BUY BLANK option.
  • If the items you are purchasing do not require designing, just click on the blue ” Buy Blank ” button, then a window will open where you can enter your sizes & quantities.
  • If you choose to customize your Products. Then just click on the red ” Start Designing ” button. You will be taken next to our design studio where you’ll be able to customize your product with the option to either use text, upload your logo or pick from our stock designs that you can edit the color and size on.

Customizing your perfect product with a logo or text is a very fun and easy experience. Below are the various options we have for your to pick from.

OPTION 1: Your Own Logo

  • To upload your own logo, Click on the “Upload Your Logo” red button to open the Upload Image window.
  • Then browse for your logo on your computer.
  • The accepted file formats are: SVG, JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP.
  • Next, change the parameters of your logo in various different ways and place on to the product that you want your logo on.
  • Instantly view your creation in real time.

OPTION 2: Stock Designs

  • Choose from 10,000 Stock Design Categories.
  • To choose one of our stock designs, simply click on the first accordion tab to browse categories.
  • To place the stock design on a product. Simply click on the design and it will automatically be placed on the item.
  • Next, edit your design by changing the color to adjusting the scale of the design and place on to the product that you want the design on.
  • Instantly view your creation in real time.

OPTION 3:  TEXT

  • Type your text lettering into the text box and your text will automatically be shown on your product.
  • You can add up to 5 lines of text on to whatever product you purchase.
  • You have the ability to choose different Font styles, Colors of text, and various locations of your logo on the product.
  • Next, change the parameters of your TEXT logo in various different ways, then place on to the product that you want the text on.
  • Instantly view your creation in real time.
  • We have a three step check out system for a smooth buying process.
  • At any point of your shopping experience, you can view your order and check out by clicking on VIEW CART, located on the top right corner of every page.
  • You will have the option to check out as a non-member, use your transaction data to create a user account for you, or login if you’re already a member.
  • Next, you’ll be asked to provide your shipping information. If you are a member, these fields may already be populated if you have stored any shipping addresses. Otherwise, you just fill in the required fields.
  • The next step is where payment information is given. In this step, you will notice that your browser will indicate that information on this step is SECURED.
  • Your browser has a “lock” icon which should be highlighted and appear closed. This indicates that you can securely transmit your data. On this step, all fields are required, but members who have securely stored credit cards in their member profile will not have to type in anything.
  • You must then “Review & Submit” your order. This your last chance to view all your order data and make corrections before your transaction is processed. If everything is correct, just click “submit” at the bottom, or click any of the available “edit” links to make corrections.
  • The last page of the order process gives you a transaction receipt and shows you your order number. You will also receive an email confirming your purchase within minutes.
