Payments for online orders are accepted through all major credit cards which include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
For clients who don’t wish to provide us with their credit card information, we also have partnered up Paypal and Paypal Credit.

We ship with the following UPS, FEDEX AND USPS options:

- Fed-Ex (3 DAY)
- Fed-Ex (2 Day)
- Fed-Ex (Next Day)
The shipping rate is calculated in real time when you place your order and is based on the destination zip code and the weight of your order. Most orders are processed within 24 hours after the product and design approval has been made and shipped within 10 to 12 working days (Monday through Friday). For Fed Ex. Ground, please allow an additional 3 days for delivery time. We can also deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses through U.S. Postal Service.
AllStarLogo wants you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy:
- If you would like to return your purchased merchandise, simply return the item(s) within 5 days of receipt and enclose a copy of your original invoice.
- First you need to call 888-475-5646 or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization number.
- We will then credit the original purchasers credit card with a full refund (excluding your original delivery charge).
- Allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
- Please return all goods in their original unworn condition and with all packaging and tags etc intact. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery and ensure suitability and fit before removing any attached tags. For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by AllStarLogo.
- For a full product refund, store credit, or exchange, please return your products to us within 5 DAYS of when you receive them, by the most cost effective carrier (usually this is the US Postal Service), and in original condition (please, no worn or washed shirts).
- Just give us a call and we will issue a Returns Authorization number. Please remember to include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating if you’d prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund. We’d also like to know why you’re returning the product, so we can improve our products and service.
- Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you.

- Keep in mind, that once you approve your logo and the products have been customized by our staff, any and all personalized and customized items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Unless it was a product that was different than the product that was purchased. At which time, we will only refund the merchandise charges and not the shipping charges.
- Although, we inspect our products before we ship with great deal of attention, there may be instances that 3-5% of your order might be defected. Please only return the defective products to us in their original condition (with-out any use or wear) for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. And we’ll be friendly, and prompt about it, with no hassles…that’s our commitment to customer service excellence!
- We want you to be happy each and every time you buy from us. If you don’t like what we sent you, let us know. We’ll immediately issue you a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any product that has not been personalized or customized. For our personalized and customized products, we guarantee that they will be 95-100% free from defects in materials and workmanship.
- However, if a problem does arise with customization and or workmanship of product, or missing merchandise then please contact us in writing via email to email@example.com and or fax to 323-582-4614, with-in 5 days after the receipt of your order, as we can not accept returns of merchandise and or issue any refunds, credits or exchanges once the 5 day grace period has passed.
- Again any and all personalized and or customized items cannot be returned, refunded or exchange
- To cancel your order, please confirm the cancellation in writing via email to : firstname.lastname@example.org, by close of the same business day you place your order.
- There will be a 50% re-tock fee if you cancel your order after the above period.
- Keep in mind, that after your logo has been approved and the products have been customized by our staff, any and all personalized and customized items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.
