- Most decorated orders with logo or text will ship within14 business days from the date your order is placed After an embroidered version of your logo approval is given to us in writing. Plus transit time to your location. If you make changes to your order details or your logo, this will result in a delay to the shipping date.

- We will email you the Logo/Text Proof for your approval, prior to the start of production.
- Once you approve the design, we will start your production and will ship right after the customization process is completed.

- Sample orders that are BLANK will ship within 1-5 working days, plus transit time to your location. As we warehouse products throughout the country in multiple locations.
