How many pieces can I buy?

The minimum order is 12 pieces per style. You can mix sizes (and often colors within the same style) to reach the minimum.

What fabrics and fits are available for custom polos?

Choose from cotton piqué, poly/cotton blends, and moisture-wicking performance knits in men’s, women’s, and unisex fits (classic, modern, and athletic).

Which decoration method is best for work polos?

Embroidery is the most durable and professional for polos. We also offer embroidered patches and select heat-transfer options when a design calls for it.

Where can my logo be placed on the polo shirt?

Common placements: left chest, right chest, and sleeve. Back yoke and hem placements are available on select styles. Your proof will show exact positioning.

Can you match my brand’s exact colors for embroidery?

Yes — we provide Pantone®/PMS thread color matching to align embroidery with your brand standards.

Will I see a proof before production starts?

Yes. You’ll receive a digital mock-up showing logo size, placement, and thread colors. We only produce after your approval.

How long do custom embroidered polos take to produce?

Standard production is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush options may be available depending on style and quantity.

What sizes do you offer for men and women’s polos?

Most styles run XS–3XL with men’s, women’s, and unisex fits. Extended sizes may be available on select items.

Can I mix sizes and colors in one order of polos?

Yes — once the style and decoration are set, you can mix sizes and approved colors within that style while meeting the 12-piece minimum.

Do you offer free shipping and bulk discounts on work polos?

Yes — free shipping applies to qualifying orders (typically over $1,000) and tiered volume discounts are available. Your quote or cart will show eligibility.

How should embroidered polos be cared for to last longer?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly over embroidery.

What is your return policy for personalized polos?

Custom embroidered polos are made to order and are not returnable except for defects or production errors. Please review proof, sizes, and specs before approval.
