Q. How fast is turnaround for personalized work shirts?

A. Typical production is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Rush services and expedited shipping are available during checkout.

Q. Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?

A. Absolutely. You can mix sizes and approved colorways within the same logo run to outfit the whole team.

Q. Which file types work best for my logo?

A. Upload vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) when possible. High-resolution PNG/SVG also works. We’ll convert to an embroidery-ready DST file.

Q. How is embroidery priced?

A. Pricing is based on stitch count, logo placements, and quantity. Bulk tiers reduce per-piece cost. Quotes are shown before you approve.

Q. Do I see a proof before production?

A. Yes. We send a digital proof (and thread color list) for approval. Nothing goes to stitch until you approve.
