The standard minimum order quantity is 12 pieces per style. Smaller runs may be possible—please contact us for a custom quote.

Embroidery is the preferred method for durability and crisp appearance on polos. While screen print or heat transfer may be used in some cases, embroidery offers the best long-term outcome for brand apparel.

Absolutely — we offer precise Pantone®/PMS thread color matching to ensure your logo aligns with your brand palette.

Do you provide a proof before production?

Yes — you will receive a digital mock-up showing logo placement, size and thread colors. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available on request.

Do you offer bulk pricing and free shipping?

Yes — we provide tiered volume discounts and free shipping on qualifying orders (for example, over $1,000). Your quote will show eligibility.

How should custom embroidered polos be cared for?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and avoid ironing directly over the embroidery to maintain logo clarity and shirt performance.

What is your return policy for custom decorated polos?

Custom-embroidered men’s polos are made to order with your specified logo and design. They are not returnable except for production errors or defects—please review your proof, size chart and specifications carefully before ordering.
